It's usually a setting in the terminal emulator.
Gentlemen:
Where does the terminal type get set when one first starts up jbase. For example, my remote.cmd does not contain any terminal setting code, so it must be prior to the logon that uses this config file. I have searched the knowledge base, and googled but can't find the answer.
Mine is set for vt100 which is fine, and I know how to change parameters once inside my basic programs, but am curious as to how it is first initialized.
