Maximum concurrent licensed user limit exceeded <Your 'TELNET' connection has terminated> EXPLANATION: ============ >From the information provided above, what we observed is that once the maximum number of users in SPF has been exhausted on the system, system will not allow any other users to logon to the system even in the test area of the same server at the system level not to even talk of application level.
