Respected, If you are using Browser, Also check COUNT F.OS.TOKEN, if this count is equal or greater than the NO.OF.USERS in SPF thats means your allowed concurrent licensed user limit exceeded.
We have faced this issue and found that those user who donot properly log off the T24 system or leave the t24 browser unattended there token in F.OS.TOKEN File stands idle till these users log in back and log out properly. take these listings LIST F.OS.TOKEN F1 F2 F3 F4 F5 where F4 is the last numeric time of the user access the application.
