Please help me out
I have created a VOC for a directory as below
jsh ~ -->CT VOC TEST.DIR
TEST.DIR
001 F
002 ../bnk.data/TEST.DIR
003 ../bnk.data/TEST.DIR]D
Subsequently i create the directory and below is the output
jsh t24adm ~ -->CREATE.FILE TEST.DIR TYPE=UD
[ 417 ] File ../bnk.data/TEST.DIR]D created , type = UD
[ 417 ] File ../bnk.data/TEST.DIR created , type = UD
jsh t24adm ~ -->
Below is my problem, ideally i am expecting 'No Records Counted' message,
but i am getting 'No file name could be found for your query'
jsh t24adm ~ -->COUNT TEST.DIR
No file name could be found for your query
jsh t24adm ~ -->COUNT ../bnk.data/TEST.DIR
No file name could be found for your query
jsh t24adm ~ -->
When i traverse into the directory i was able to do it, also i was able to
find TEST.DIR in the ls -lrt output
jsh t24adm ~ -->cd ../bnk.data/TEST.DIR
jsh t24adm /shba/globus/bnk/bnk.data/TEST.DIR -->
On Further investigation came to know that the bnk.data is GPFS mounted
The COUNT, SELECT & LIST command works in an environment on gpfs version
