Hi. As far as I know, this is a jBase list only. The matter has kind of been settled some while ago.
As far as T24/Globus is concerned, there are forums, including your own, but what I find lacking isn't forums: it's mailing lists, indexable by Markmail and such. The T24 ban on this list is indeed a loss in this respect. But let's drop the T24 topic on this list.
