The 'jstart' command still exists in all its glory on jBASE 5 (Windows
only).

However, ever since jBASE 4, the following commands have been unified to
work the same on all platforms:

Z (and ZH)
PHANTOM
PH-START

The Windows Task Scheduler (Microsoft's answer to 'cron' on unix) is yet
another way to start a background task on Windows.
