JRFS_REMOTE_JQL is a client setting, it replaces JRFS_CHK_REMOTE such that
it will allow jQL SELECTs to be done directly on the jRFS server rather
than across the network. If the application (or users) do not do any
SELECTs on remote files then you would not have needed JRFS_CHK_REMOTE on
jBASE 3 and, likewise, you would not need JRFS_REMOTE_JQL on jBASE 5

JRFS_LOCALPATH_JQL is a server setting for situations where the name of the
jRFS stub is different than the filename on the server. If the names are
the same then you would not need this.
