Happy New Year: question regarding input of dates
Has any-one developed an algorithm to automatically insert the proper century into a field other than have a 4 digit entry for the year. My data all looked perfect on the screen and I never thought much about it until I tried to do a sort on the birth dates of the members in my data base. I found that birthdays for old folks (me included) has the year as 2043 instead of 1943. I can’t think of any way to fix this other than to expand my birthday field to include a 4 digit input for year and then change each member individually, but if there is a simpler solution, I’m all ears.
