Thanks Kevin and Richard:  Seemed to solve my problem.  I find it strange that 
I can access one account fine and not another, but problem solved for now.  As 
an aside, I had to reboot my system after making this setting change, and it 
totally screwed up my Telnet (NetTerm) settings but I can surely live with that.
