I think that the e-mail notification is important for all who use smartphone devices. I use this feature (heart beat msg) to check that all is working correctly. Now I'm using the 1st management approach:
1. "everything is working ok WHILE we receive the heart beat msg" But, another approach could replace the actual e-mail notification: 2. "everything is going ok untill we receive an alarm (e.g. disconnection of TWS) by e-mail or SMS" Both approachs have pros and cons, maybe we should make a list...
