Hi, I am new to the group but already a big fan of JBT !
I noticed today in TWS that the market depth for ES and NQ for Globex showed only 5 levels versus 10 usually. YM depth is 10 and ok but YM is on ECBOT, not GLOBEX. I chatted with IB support, and the guy could only tell me that they provide only 5 level deep mkt depth, and that this has been the case for over two years ... This is obviously wrong, since I looked at the TWS BookTrader window last week and I could see the 10 levels for all three ES,NQ and YM. Could you guys please check on your side to see if this has changed for you too, so that I know if this is an IB issue or an issue related to my account / /Mkt data subscription ? If on their side, this can have very big impact on strategies and trading performance, since 5 deep and 10 deep balance can be very different.
