Any idea if #8 fixes the problem with repeated/out-of-sequence timestamps in data file.

Changes in this release:

1. Set look and feel to Nimbus and removed other LAFs (including
Liquid, SeaGlass, and Substance). It's very easy to use any other LAF,
but I am no longer packaging these with JBT.

2. Simplified web interface. I removed the specialized support for
IPhone and the AJAX auto-refresh. These features had some issues and
were unnecessarily complicating the code and its future maintenance.
The new web interface should still look decent on the mobile devices.

3. Reorganized indicators (added new ones and removed those which
proved useless)

4. Simplified backtesting dialog

5. Improved event report (added a "reporter" column for better
readability)

6. Improved strategy report (added an "expected fill" column, which is
useful for slippage-reporting purposes in live trading)

7. Simplified performance charts

8. Fixed a recursive call issue with the NTP clock

9. Fixed the progress indicator issue in divide-and-conquer dialog
(going over 100%)

10. Reorganized sample strategies: I left only those which proved to
be profitable in both backtesting and forward testing, based on the
last 13 months of 10-level book data.

As always, thanks for testing and please do not hesitate to post any
issues, even if you only suspect them.
