No, #8 item does not address the out-of-sequence timestamps issue. Here is how to fix it: 1. If you have your NTP server preference set to ntp.usno.navy.mil, change it to ntp2.usno.navy.mil (which is a new default time server in JBT). The former time server is reserved for Department of Defense, which is probably why it was not consistent in JBT. The latter time server is open for military and government, and JBT is of course neither of these, but it works well and is consistent. 2. If you have time synchronization client software (such as Windows Time) running, make sure that the sync times are outside of normal trading hours during which JBT runs.
