Thanks.
I read the whole manual and it is quite clear, however I'm trying to
figure out couple of things:
1. Do I need to contact IB to get this "Simulated account"? (I now use
the demo account)
2. Do I need to fund an account before opening real account in IB? (I
guess only real account will assure me the quotes are for real...)
