Ok, it looks like your network was down twice in the short period of time:

06/03/11 08:36:57.499 IB API 1100: Connectivity between IB and TWS has been 
lost. (first time loss)
06/03/11 08:40:38.955 IB API 317: Market depth data has been RESET. (this is 
apparently after you rebooted your cable modem)
06/03/11 08:40:40.082 IB API 1100: Connectivity between IB and TWS has been 
lost. (second time loss)
06/03/11 08:45:39.745 Strategy Simple [ES-FUT-GLOBEX] is already running 
(you attempted to run a strategy which was already running)
06/03/11 08:46:05.756 IB API 2104: Market data farm connection is 
OK:usfuture (looks like you restarted JBT)

It's difficult to determine exactly what happened, but I think you didn't 
give JBT enough time to recover. After TWS reconnects, it may take about 30 
seconds or so for market data flow to continue.


Here is a simple test to perform:

1. Start TWS and start JBT strategies in the forward testing mode.
2. Unplug the network cable and wait for a minute or two.
3. Plug the network cable back in.
4. TWS should reconnect, and JBT should resume forward testing. No restarts 
are required.
