There is one that I am aware of and is 100% Java based called ArgoUML
(http://argouml.tigris.org).  It has some nice features, but since it is
written in Java the interface is a bit clunky (this is not intended as
flame-bait, just one man's opinion).  It is open source so is a lot
cheaper than Together/J :-).
