Yes, the whiteboard edition of TogetherJ is pretty good.  You might
also consider JVision at http://www.objectinsight.com/.  I'm not sure
what the price is, but the demo version I looked at several months
ago was able to reverse-engineer a Java project when Rose couldn't.

BTW, the last time I looked at ArgoUML, it did NOT do reverse
engineering, but looked very promising.
