WebLogic create some standard of commercial EJB. If you want to move
customer from them to Jboss
be similar to them.

Regarding Second remarks. It better that you implements cluster rather then
cosmetic handling
There is more cosmetic handling in jboss configartion files to have tag
names on the object
instaed of using the order only!
