If the licenses were to become compatable I would be happy to help such an
effort. Avalon does aim to be the connection between many projects and
provide a basis to work off. Hopefully within the next few months we will
see Cocoon2 finalize, Jetspeed2 come together and Avalon become more
complete. I know nothing of Tomcat but I believe it may in future be
Avalon-Aware aswell.
Hopefully by integrating them together you end up with a product greater
than the sum of the parts.
