Hi,

Now that interceptor stack configuration is externalized shouldn't the
exception handling mechanism, found at the begining of the stack i.e
LogIterceptor, be moved to container itself i.e before any interceptors.  This
way ppl can have their  own LogInterceptor instead of default and container
exception handling is not screwed.
