How about a wiki? It seems to me that this might be a better solution for
such continually changing info as jboss FAQ/howto.

One possibility is very quick wiki, that I just found (haven't tried it
yet)
http://sourceforge.net/projects/veryquickwiki/

It claims to be a drop- in war in any j2ee web container.
