To take advantage of hibernate's dialect processing, rather than
having horrible property files for each database - each with
different definitions of blobs/joins
See docs/examples/jms and deploy/jms/hsqldb-jdbc2-service.xml

6 tables currently:
messages
subscription messages
transactions
users
roles
durable subscriptions
