Are these assumption ? Or did you see those objects not being GC'ed in a profiler ?
All we do on async repl without transactions and isolation level=NONE is to send the Method to B, C and D (wrapped in a MethodCall), and execute it there. So the behavior you get on A is what you get on B,C and D as well. What's the frequency of your updates ?
