at least the jboss.xml and jaws.xml.

ALl the "null pointer" exception stuff happened because the xml was tough.
In a effort to provide defaults to prevent these null pointers, Rickard
provided the jaws.xml and jboss.xml by default in the system classpath. It
is now as well the default for the runtime so that the default data is
loaded in EJX RAM classes.

No biggy, just a bit of digging-diffing and working with the EJX classes.  I
want to reiterate that while climbing the jboss2.0 kernel mountain is a bit
steep, (in terms of air up there, 0 comments... ;-) but it is really worth
it....

Anyway there is still a small configuration thing, that needs to be done
(initial pools) but that should be small.
