Hypersonic and InstantDB are bundled with jBoss, but are more for
"get-things-going-fast" and experimental use I think. It does of course
depend on your requirements, but you might want something more
heavyweight for a "real" (i.e. Internet) application. Intranet apps
might be ok though, again depending on your load requirements.
If someone more experienced with these DB's would voice their opinion
that would be great.
Also, Robert, I would recommend that you check with the Hypersonic guys
(at http://hsql.oron.ch) and InstantDB folks (at instantdb.co.uk) for
more detailed info.
