The decision I as a user make is whether I want a product where I pay for
each question I ask and end up in some damned request database or if I want
a open source product with a _working community_. That's the decision.
If I decide to take the company product I don't mind if I have to pay $0 or
$1000 for the production server or if I can peak into some not
understandable code (because the docu is missing).
Keep up the good support. That's all I have to say :-)
