Hi there,
I just downloaded the jBoss binary deeply impressed by the
descriptions and promoses af 'easy_to_run','easy_to_configure' and so
on. I tried to start it on my RedHat 6.2 with tomcat and the server
seems to start without crashes. But:
The logging output on console told me tha a webserver was started on
port 8083, but I couldn't get any hint in the documentation, neither in
the zip nor online, whats about the built-in webserver.
The Configuration tool promised online to be started with 'AdminTool'
in the $JBOSS_HOME is not anywhere in the package.
Am I missing to download some hidden files or am I blind?
2. question: where is a good starting point how to use this EJB-stuff
with jBoss? I couldn't find the examples mentioned in the online
description (Zola).
(BTW: Parts of the documentation points to a file named
'server.propoerties' but seems that this is renamed to
'jboss.properties' in the current distribution.)
If anyone could help me to fix this problems, would be fine.
