Lets see what Rickard thinks about it, but I think that it would be better to write
our own adaptor and promote that. As far as I know, we can't count on the HTTP
adaptor and we can't get the source...
If we do want to stick with it, we can certainly reference the RI doco - it is real
good. I was kind of suprised that nobody responded to the dynamic logging message, so
I was thinking that maybe nobody is interested in JMX for the run-time configuration...
