I come across this same problem in another form; the Postgres
catalogue seems to have changed quite a bit in version 7. BLOBs are
now OIDs in a table definition, booleans should be stored using the
BIT type (aparently; there is a BOOLEAN type, but I can't make it work
with JBoss) BIGINT and TINYINT have done a runner; the only integer
types seem to be INT2 INT4 INT8 and the float types are FLOAT4 FLOAT8;
no DOUBLE. There are MONEY and NUMERIC types, but these don't
necessarily map well to java types. Does anyone know of a jaws config
which works with Postgres and at least all the primitive types and
strings (and maybe dates would be groovy)?
