I don't think it was a problem with the XML parser necessarily.  But as far as
the getting started guide, realize that this software is in beta pre-release.
That means first of all that a lot of stuff probably doesn't work.  But, it
DEFINITELY means that the documentation isn't done.  It's a fact of life, if
you use early beta software, expect frustration.  I've had to figure out a lot
by combing the mailing list archives and (gulp!) reading source code.  That's
the beauty of open source -- you can use the source code as documentation
(heh)!

I think jBoss is great considering the stage of development its in, and it has
a very coherent architecture for an open source project.  But until its in
final release, be prepared to do a lot of tinkering to get it to work.
