AFAIK IBM websphere is not branded J2EE

|In particular, I was told by someone working on another EJB server that
|EJB interfaces are bound by the Sun SCSL license for J2EE, and as such
|can only be deployed by a J2EE-branded app server.

|Can someone clarify this issue? This could make a big difference on the
|direction we choose for our product.
