Hey,
After adjusting for the idiot factor and re-tracing all of my earlier steps,
I believe I've found the culprit. It looks like my version of Forte for
Java Internet Edition beta uses an embedded tomcat beta version for
running/debugging JSP. Looks like that was hosing up the works! I
apologize for wasting anyone's time...
