But don't forget that a company could come along, just as Lutris did for 
Enhydra, that charges a reasonable fee for support and other services.  

As far as the documentation, just because Weblogic and Websphere has 
more, doesn't mean it is any better!  I have struggled through the 
thousands of pages of documentation for both of those products.  I'll 
take jBoss and this mail list over both of them any day!!

As far as getting questions answered, I agree that sometimes there is not 
a timely response.  But then again, I have worked for companies that have 
paid thousands of dollars for support and have received poorer support 
than I get on this mailing list.  Hopfully someone will answer your 
question soon (I'm not a security expert).
