Bingo !
That seems to have fixed it (I think, I've hacked my code so much I'm not
sure what it does any more:) )
It was a misconception on my part another EJB server (WebLogic) does not
have a <resource-manager> concept but maps <resource-name> to the name of
the DB pool.
Why did JBoss not tell me that I had it wrong ?
