This is due to a bug in the URLClassLoader (part of JDK) that we use. It
unfortunately locks any file that it has used in a cache, and there's no
way to clear it. 

To be honest, I'm as tired of this as you are, and there doesn't seem to
be anyone at Sun who is willing to fix it. It's been this way since day
one.

To jboss-dev:
I propose to copy/paste the URLClassLoader source, and fix it so that
the cache is flushable, hence removing this silly problem.
