Is there a reason for not using the included run.bat? I think there are
some extra jars included in the classpath in 2.0.

Can you do "echo %CLASSPATH%" immediately before running java, please? If
that's not the correct DOS syntax (it's been a while), what I want is the
value of the environment variable called CLASSPATH.
