Make sure both JBoss Cache and Hibernate are configured to use the same TM and then use the Hibernate transaction interfaces to begin/commit/rollback your transactions.
Behind the scenes, both interfaces delegate transaction orchestration to the TM configured; just make sure they are both configured to use the same TM.
