Using Eclipse
Version: 3.3.1.1
Build id: M20071023-1652
with Jboss 4.2.2, Seam 2.0.1-SNAPSHOT from last week, Java jre1.6.0_03,
JBossTools-200801131613-nightly-ALL-win32
I used Seam Create Entity to create an entity with class name Person.
I then ran Seam Generate Entities (isn't this the CRUD generation?) using the
Person Entity I just created.
Three of the view files created were
person.xhtml
PersonEdit.xhtml
personList.xhtml
Notice the lower case first letters on person and personList.
All the generated references to person and personList have capital P's. Such as
in /layout/menu.xhtml
| <s:link view="/PersonList.xhtml"
| value="Person List"
and in /PersonEdit.page.xml
<navigation from-action="#{personHome.persist}">
| <end-conversation/>
| <redirect view-id="/Person.xhtml"/>
| </navigation>
|
| <navigation from-action="#{personHome.update}">
| <end-conversation/>
| <redirect view-id="/Person.xhtml"/>
| </navigation>
|
| <navigation from-action="#{personHome.remove}">
| <end-conversation/>
| <redirect view-id="/PersonList.xhtml"/>
| </navigation>
of course then I get "The requested resource (/workfirst/PersonList.seam) is
not available".
Is this something I am doing wrong or is it something wrong in the generation
process?
