I couldn't agree more.  Thanks for the great post - now if we could get the 
PHBs of the world to read it and believe it....
Never has there been a greater chunk of horse hockey than "middle management 
can use this tool, draw pictures, and have software".

At least with a solid BPM tool for modelling we can adapt faster to their ever 
changing minds.
