Ok... I actually looked at jira before posting to see if the issue was raised already...
I might be a bit dense... but I couldn't see how you create a new issue. I concluded that you might need a special permissions to create new issues, as my login did not seem to make it obvious how to create new issues... I could create new filters... but that was all I found. Am I missing something totally obvious?
