Basic question - can you write your own portlets to programmatically interact with the Jackrabbit JCR that forms the CMS in JBoss Portal? I'm thinking custom CMS interface using the same repository as the CMS portlets in JBoss Portal. I want to be able to create content using a custom portlet, but potentially administer it using the default CMS admin portlet.
Any good documentation references for this sort of programming that are JBoss specific, or does the Apache Jackrabbit documentation suffice? thanks!
