another question is why I deployment portlet, but portlet instance didn't
created, I must using admin to create one.
portlet-instance.xml
<instance-id>SimplestHelloWorldInstance</instance-id>
<portlet-ref>SimplestHelloWorld</portlet-ref>
Is anywhere wrong?
