You should have Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers. In Eclipse, go to Help | Install New Software. Then in the Available Software dialog box click Add. In the Add Site dialog box, add the link from http://www.jboss.org/tools/download.html (I recommend the http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/ under Development Updates) in the location text box (you can leave the Name box empty).
