On the server we have the XML files (jboss-wsse-server.xml & $JBOSS_HOME\server\xxx\deploy\jbossws.sar\META-INF\standard-jaxws-endpoint-config.xml) along with the certificates. And then we have annotations to make the web service encrypted.
