My mistake, I confirm. There are options to set source/javadoc.
(I had little problems with my IDE and option #2 wasn't visible for me)

It can be done:
- (#1) via properties of jar file directly from project exlporer (from ejb, 
web, java project - but not from ea project)

- (#2) via JavaBuildPath of any of projects depends on EAR Libraries
