Some notes about your rule: $ticket:Ticket(status=="open"); -> please remove the semicolon you don't need it Can you attach a KnowledgeRuntimeLoggerFactory.newConsoleLogger(ksession); -> to the session that was created with the kbase which contains the rules? and share the output?
