The color themes json that Designer uses has changed slightly from your previous used version. This is because we have added ability to define border colors on sequence flows now too. To fix this issue you can go into Guvnor GlobalArea -> Assets and locate your "themes" asset. Open it and select File->Archive. Then in Guvnor go to Administartion->Archive and permanently delete the themes asset. After that re-open an existing or create a new bpmn2 process..this will force Designer to upload the updated themes json into Guvnor.
