WS4EE is part of Jboss 4.0.0, 4.0.1, 4.0.2 and 4.0.3. It is bundeled in the distribution, you do not have to install it seperately. That is why you have ajboss-ws4ee.sar
JbossWS is the new stack for Jboss release 4.0.4 and later. It will not work with your Jboss release. Hope this helps.
