Problem solved:
To fit in this forum, I used "localContactData_WEB_IN" but actually it was
"ActionShowCurrentSelection_localContactData_WEB_IN".
And that is not allowed to refer to in JSF page via
{#CustomWeb.ActionShowCurrentSelection_localContactData_WEB_IN}
-> because it must begin with a lower case! so that works:
{#CustomWeb.actionShowCurrentSelection_localContactData_WEB_IN}
