It starts after changing set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Xms512m -Xmx1024m
instead of -Xms128m -Xmx512m
in run.bat
But it starts with errors like:

I Depend On:
portal.wsrp:service=WSRPProducer
